As moves, additions, changes (MACs) become necessary, teams simply remove the modular floor finish (typically luxury vinyl tile (LVT) or carpet tiles) to quickly access any cable or connection point.

When power management MACs are required for new office layouts or adding or deleting workstations, facility teams repeat the process above to quickly access the affected wiring or connection point and complete the work as quickly as possible.

Field Wired
With this option, home run circuits still connect to the main or central panel. But the MX cabling is now installed within the raised flooring system, not in the walls or attic (plenum) space above the finished ceiling.
Modular Branch Circuit
For this arrangement, the power tracks are installed at 48′ maximum on-center and rely on the (up to) 24′ whip of the power and data enclosures to easily reach the desired service location.
50 Amp Modular Power Distribution
This option provides 50-amp, 3-phase power connectivity throughout the area at 20-25’ intervals. Ideal for large open offices and shared and multi-use spaces, this option provides the greatest design flexibility for architects, builders, and property owners.
Gridd Power creates convenient tap-off points throughout the floor to facilitate power delivery anywhere without the need for extensive rewiring. The quick-connect components minimize downtime for MACs, maintenance, or a complete reconfiguration without halting operations or incurring construction headaches.
